During my tenure as a User Experience Designer at Adori Labs, I took a leadership role in crafting the Ad Campaign Manager and Audio Ads platform. This role necessitated comprehensive research, mapping out user paths, and creating intuitive user-centric interfaces. My teamwork with the co-founder was flawless, enabling us to accomplish intricate tasks like launching campaigns, tracking impressions, and integrating ads. Modalities like adding video tagging capabilities and making the product compatible with Android Auto and CarPlay were core to my role as I aimed to improve the product. Consequently, I continually refined designs centered on user input to ascertain a smooth and efficacious user interaction.

Ad campaigns require meticulous planning and execution to ensure effectiveness and reach. Coordinating various elements such as creating flights, managing campaigns, and tracking impressions can be complex and time-consuming.

As a UX Designer at Adori Labs, I collaborated closely with the co-founder to develop an intuitive Ad Campaign Manager. This involved creating flowcharts, defining essential features, and designing a user-friendly interface to streamline the process from campaign creation to tracking.

Secondary research 👨🏻💻
Conducted secondary research on ad campaign management and competitor analysis using tools like Megaphone and Libsyn. Also, engaged in direct communication with users through calls to gather feedback and iterate on design improvements.
Megaphone and Libsyn were widely used for Ad Campaign. After analysing the user flow of Megaphone and Libsyn, I iterated the user flow for Adori.

Business Impact 🎢
The implementation of the Ad Campaign Manager significantly improved efficiency and accuracy in managing ad campaigns. By simplifying complex processes, we were able to enhance productivity and optimise resource utilisation, ultimately contributing to improved campaign performance and client satisfaction.
The Ad Campaign generated $4.7million revenue in 1 year.

But somehow it is my most favourite part because information architecture is the foundation of well designed user experience and this is where you need to spend your most of the time. I organised all the data by making sure it is easier for user to navigate.

Flight 🎞
The project provided valuable insights into the intricate workings of ad campaign management and the importance of user-centric design in addressing complex business needs. Challenges included balancing feature richness with simplicity and ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
There are three types of campaign,
(i) Paid Campaign
(ii) Unpaid Campaign
(ii) Programmatic Campaign
If you don't have any campaign, you will get a empty screen directing you to create an campaign. You can't create a flight unless you have an active campaign. On the home page if campaign you can also see how many active, inactive and completed campaign you have.


If there are already active campaign you will be able to see on the Campaign tab and you can track its progress from there. You will have 100% control to edit the campaign.

Shows 🎞
If you have created a campaign you can go to the campaign and target shows.
You will have list of shows, you will have option to filter it out and also have ability to select all the shows. Each shows will have so many episodes, you can select the episodes which you want to target.


You will have option to preview the selected shows and make the final edit. In the label select the keywords which you want to include and things which you want to exclude.


There is a audio bucket where you can upload all the audios.

Forecast 🎞
The main thing about campaign is to generate revenue for creators, this is where they can see the impressions, CTA and CPA.


You can choose the specific date and can get all the analytic and impression for the pre, mid and post role.


You can also get the impressions by shows just set the filter and you will get detailed analytics.

Takeaways and Challenges 🎞
This was the most exciting project I have worked on, the challenging part about working at Aodri Labs was there was no competitor for Adori and no one was in the industry was doing the things we were planing to do so while planing about new feature I did not had any company to look for design inspiration. I had to check so many different companies to check the flow for any new feature.
